Not having a hearing – Dismissing your appeal

At any time before a decision is made, you can request that the Tribunal dismiss your appeal. If this happens the Tribunal will not make a decision about your appeal. To make this request, simply notify the Tribunal office. Once you notify the Tribunal, an order will be made dismissing your appeal. A copy of the order will be sent to both you and the Ministry.
