Not having a hearing – Dismissing your appeal

At any time before a decision is made, you can request that the Tribunal dismiss your appeal. If this happens the Tribunal will not make a decision about your appeal. To make this request, you need to fill out the Consent to Dismiss Appeal (PDF) form and forward it to the Tribunal. The Tribunal will then forward the form to the Ministry for its consent to the request.
